  1. Promoter
    The giveaway is run by Art Escape NZ.

  2. Eligibility

    • Open to attendees of the Art In The Park Creative Corner during the event dates.

    • Entrants must provide a valid email address to participate.

    • Only one entry per person is permitted.

    • Employees of Art Escape NZ, their immediate families, and anyone directly associated with the promotion are not eligible.

  3. Entry Period

    • The giveaway runs across 3 days of the art show: 19th Sep 2025 - 21st Sep 2025

    • Entries close at [time] on the final day of the event.

    • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

  4. How to Enter

    • Complete the entry form above.

    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  5. Prize

    • One (1) Fluid Art Bundle Kit will be awarded.

    • The winner get to choose their 12 colours from a range of colours offered online via Art Escape through their At Home Kits

    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other item.

  6. Winner Selection

    • The winner will be drawn randomly by Art Escape NZ after the art show.

    • The draw will take place on Monday 22nd Sep 2025 and winner notified the same day.

  7. Winner Notification

    • The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 24 hours of the draw.

    • If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner will be selected.

  8. Prize Delivery

    • The kit will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address within 10 working days.

    • Delivery is free within New Zealand.

  9. Privacy

    • Entrants’ personal information will be collected for the purpose of administering the giveaway and may be used to send future marketing communications from Art Escape NZ.

    • Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

    • Personal information will be handled in accordance with Art Escape NZ’s Privacy Policy.

  10. General Conditions

    • Art Escape NZ reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

    • Art Escape NZ reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway if necessary.

    • The decision of Art Escape NZ regarding all aspects of this giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
