All kit sales are final. If your kit is damaged then a refund can be provided on a case by case basis depending on the amount of damage (outer box being damaged vs the actual figurines being damaged).

Shipping

Please allow upto 5 working days for your order to be shipped and 7 working days for it to be delivered. NZ Post is our carrier so their terms and conditions apply. Free Shipping is only applicable within NZ.
